National Champions

The 2011 Women’s Final Four and National Championship Game in Indianapolis, Indiana, was one of the Aggies’ most memorable achievements as a program, as they downed Notre Dame 76-70 in the National Championship Game.

Lone Star Shut Down

In 2006, Texas and Texas A&M both had 5-0 records in the Big 12 coming into a match at the George Mitchell Tennis Center, that the Aggies won in dominating fashion by a score of 6-1. Sarah Foster clinched the match over the No. 15 Longhorns. The win was the Aggies’ fifth straight that season, as they had a remarkable turnaround from a 5-8 start to an 11-4 finish and the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament.

World Series Bound

Texas A&M’s win over Florida in the 2007 College Station Super Regional sent the Aggies to the Women’s College World Series, and the players into a celebration inside the pitching circle. The Aggies advanced to Oklahoma City and the Women's College World Series for the first time since 1988.
